About Jada Bradberry —
MSW, Licensed Clinical Social Worker
As a psychotherapist, I have enjoyed working with a wide range of clientele to achieve their goals. Therapy involves exploring yourself and how your past and present experiences have shaped your identity. Therapy can be a vessel for self discovery, empowerment and positive change. I serve a range of diverse groups and consider it a privilege to witness my clients grow.
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, and EMDR. I specialize in working with symptoms of anxiety, depression, difficulty with life transitions, career and academic challenges, trauma and low self-esteem.
In regards to my academic training, I hold a graduate degree from New York University School of Social Work. I am an EMDR certified clinician and have had training in R- TEP/GTEP (EMDR), Internal Family Systems, DBT, Exposure Response Therapy for OCD, Body Positivity Training, Polyvagal Theory, somatic experiencing and more. In my past role, I developed a graduate level fellowship program and supervised trainees in several evidence based therapies.
I believe therapy is a space for healing and growth. My goal is for my clients to feel comfortable to trust me and be open to the endless possibilities that change can bring to their lives.
I welcome you to come as you are and to find yourself in the therapeutic process. I am currently accepting new clients. Call today to schedule an appointment with me.
